  • bussiness-womanIt can be hard when you have a special request, or need informaition from the Washington Unemployment Office

I found this on their site at http://www.esd.wa.gov/newsandinformation/

All questions about unemployment claims must be submitted through the telecenter (800-318-6022) or via the Internet (click link below). Media-relations staff do not handle claims.

Ask questions about your unemployment claim via e-mail
So if you have a question, please contact them directly, and always always when dealing with a government official, get their name (and write it down), and if you don’t get an answer back, try , try , try again.
I would also recommend you try in person at

    Employment Security’s office locations

    Unemployed workers:

If you have a question about an unemployment claim, you must contact the telecenter by phone (800-318-6022) or through the Web. Non-telecenter staff do not have access to your records and cannot answer questions about your claim.
